Utilizing the information and Documentation and developing a knowledge base is a valuable tool for the expansion of organic agriculture at local and international level and develop knowledge here. The information resource center over the years has been a guiding force for many organizations and individuals. The center aims to bring together all groups who are working in the field of sustainable agriculture by sharing documentation and knowledge. The information center produces many publications and specially an organic farmer magazine in both the national languages. Through these publications a voice of the farmer is heard. Who otherwise does not get an opportunity to express his thoughts and knowledge. The rich variety of books is a storehouse of knowledge where students from schools and universities make use of it for their dissertations and project work. A question and answer service fulfils the needs of farmers and others who are thirsting for organic farming knowledge and documentation.
