Enterprise Development

This is an important activity for self-sustaining the organization. Income generation of the Gami Seva sevana Ltd is being further strengthened in order to develop the organization into a strong and viable unit. All resources have been brought under a single unit in order to focus on them as a priority basis.

We have promoted small farmer organization and we are in the process of strengthening same. The main priority for the small farmers is to promote their Teas. We are constantly in dialogue with potential buyers both at local and international level. Our Teas are exported to Germany, Switzerland and England. At the moment we are planning to collect medicinal herbs, spices from our farmers in order to help out farmers to process same. This activity is important for the self-sustenance of the small farmers who are involved with us.

Our training center has a lecture hall with a seating capacity for 200 persons. Residential facilities can provide accommodation for over 30 persons. In addition we have Internet, e-mail and other communication facilities. We are constantly improving our training center.

The Gami Seva Sevana Ltd while conducting its training is able to hire the Training Hall for local weddings, cultural Programmes and for various other organizations who request for such facilities. The training center is equipped with a overhead projector, multi media projector, magi board and flip charts etc. We are able to generate income through this programme.
